By making a reservation and giving us the authorization to charge your credit card, you are also agreeing to the full terms of our cancellation and change policies. Please be sure you read and understand the below policies before making a reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
* All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $50 processing fee once booked.
All reservations will be charged a minimum of $200 at the time of booking your reservation, unless your reservation is less than $200, at which time your reservation will be charged in full.
(Your reservation fee will be deducted and applied to your total room balance which is payable in full upon your arrival . )
(Peak season is one week before Christmas Day until one week after New Year's Day - Dates may vary, call for more information):
Reservations cancelled in the 14 days prior to check-in dates during these periods will be charged the full reservation amount.
NO-SHOWS will be charged the full reservation amount!
No Refunds for early departure!
